I am asking because at my heavyest I weighed 340lbs and hated it now I find myself gaining weight again(think I having sympathy cravings for my pregnant wife) but I am un happy to say the least. Im looking for a workout/diet plan that will help with the weight. I was thinking of px90 because my doctor said he’s heard good things anyone have any suggestions?

Its quite effective.. In fact they use it on the wrestling kids at my high school (and we have been district champions multiple years in a row)… But you have to be willing to push yourself.. the video is not just some quick fix.

My husband is 6′ 2” or some, he weighed 240+ and started using the P90X and it worked, but you have to be on a diet as well, he dropped 40 pounds in like 3 mo. or less.
Good Luck!

Hey Danny,
Losing weight is a constant struggle, and something that I have been fighting with for the better part of my life. I was overweight as I child, and always thought I would grow out of it.
But I kept getting bigger and bigger as I got older. I blamed it on everything. I tried all the fad diets and none of them ever did me any good. I was always left dissapointed in the results.
I am a huge oprah addict, and one day she was talking with Dr. Oz about the powers of acai berry for Fast weight loss. They were talking about how all of the celebrities are now using it to lose weight quickly for their movie roles.
The only downside is that it works very well, and can be quite expensive. That is because it Works.
But being the thrifty person that I am. I managed to find a website on google that gives a free 30 day free trial.

After I ordered it, it came within 3 days. I have only been taking it for about 2 months now, but have already lost 47 pounds.
I have never felt better in my life. My energy level is through the roof. I look and feel better about my life. And everyone I know is constantly complementing me on how good I look and asking how I did it.

I haven’t personally engaged in P90x but my uncle has had incredible results with the system and all the reviews claim it’s definitely worth a shot. The exercises incorporated in the routines however are HIGHLY difficult so you definitely need motivation. I remember doing the full hour on the last DVD which would theoretically be the hardest, and it proved very skilled. Honestly I consider myself in very good shape (cardio workouts often, high weight training regime, etc) and was barely able to finish them with correct form… So yeah needless to say, after 90 days my uncle went from a triangle body, to a diamond shape body… Good luck, you’ll need it, add some extra protein in the included diet.
