I hoped to see some navy-guys making push ups.? I’m training to come into the Air Force, being a pilot, and it’s therfore very important to be in good shape..
I want to exercise just like them, and not a Fitness-Idiot who only can train in a fitness-room. These guys/girls is so fucking weak and pathetic xD LOL !!!

What is this about?.
How can you ever start building mass with low resistance?
The best way of staying toned is to eat right and be active. It is the basis of having a lower fat percent.
If more mass is wanted, go for heavyer weights and more series. First of all, Eat right and give your muscles enough time to grow before training again. We don’t wanna have any overtraining injuries.
Don’t waste your money on something that will not help you in longer run.

If you want your body to use fat as a energy source when training, then do exercises that gets your heartrate up, best thing ever is cardio.
Such as, jogging, swimming, jump rope, aerobics, etc.
If you wanna loose fat by doing exercises for to get visible muscles, such as the abs. Why not just jog outside, or buy a jump rope?
