I’ve got a fracture wrist and have been going crazy thinking I’m losing muscle mass and strengt just sitting around. This is what I can do during my healing period, (6-8 wks). Glad I ran across it, don’t have to worry about weight lifting now.

the upper body workout and abs was easy but the leg workout ,my legs are shaking omg….
