I could use some tips and websites if possible for building muscle and lossing weight.
I want to be able to do these excersises at home (of course I will do some cadio outside of the house) but I want to do be able to do these exciersises without weights and machines.
I know some of the Navy Seal workouts are this way.

Without weights you can only build your body to a certain degree. Maybe that’s good enough for you, so then you can do bodyweight exercises. Losing weight comes from dieting and cardio.

I’ve been taking Herbalife for a couple weeks now. The products really do work. ive lost 10lbs in two weeks. I feel great and I have alot more energy.
