Why not become a naval seal right after college? So if you don’t make it, you’ll have your degree to rely upon. seal training, BUD/S is extremely tough, and that’s to see if you can even become a seal.

actually, if you want to become a Naval Officer, you must complete a 4 year college plan WHILE in the navy…sign up first, then go to college. Plus, you have to get a recommendation from the ROTC commanding officer at your college, if SEAL is the route you’re choosing. you must know how to swim. any more questions, just e-mail me.

if you’re trying to gain muscle you want to eat atleast 1g of protein for every lb of body weight that you have. crossfit.com has really good training programs for gettign your body into not just endurance shape, but endurace heavy-work shape. they recomend that 40% of your daily caloric intake should be protein, 40% carbs, and 20% should be healthy fats and sugars…so fruits and vegetables and stuff).
so say you weigh a 150 lbs, and you only eat brown rice, chicken breast, and apples.
5 servings of chicken breast would equal your body weight in protein, and about 700 calories.
2.5 cups of brown rice is about 700 calories
and 350 calories worth of apples (about 5)

thats just an example, and i dont know anyone who eats 5 apples a day, but it shows about how much you would eat. i think crossfit.com has some meal suggestions, otherwise just go out and buy arnolds encyclopedia of body building, it covers what to eat.
