    You can design your own bootcamp workout.
    1.squats-25
    2.walking lunges-25
    3.pushups-25
    4.sprint 50 yards
    5.crunches-25
    6.jumping jacks-25
    7.stationary lunges-25
    8.lateral steps-25
    Do these exercises one right after the other-that is one circuit-do at least 3 circuits.
